Cinelli Tutto Plus Mutant Silver Frames
Available in stock (12)
Cinelli Tutto Plus is the frameset for anyone who does not really want to decide in advance what the bike will become. The foundation is a fast and direct urban track frame, but unlike a dedicated track frame, the Tutto is built to evolve: fixed gear, single speed, geared city bike, winter commuter, or a rougher all-round bike with wider tires. That flexibility is precisely what has made the model special since it was first introduced.
The frame is TIG-welded from butted Columbus Cromor steel tubes and paired with a sturdy steel fork with a segmented crown inspired by older MTB forks. Tire clearance is up to 700 × 45 mm, giving you considerably more freedom than a traditional track frame. Mounts for fenders and a rack also make the Tutto useful year-round, whether the build starts as a fixed gear and gets gears, fenders, and more carrying capacity a few years later.
The rear end is what really sets the Tutto Plus apart from a standard fixed gear frame. The horizontal track dropouts allow you to tension the chain without a chain tensioner, while the frame also has a mount for a rear derailleur if you want to build it with gears. Cable routing is completely external, and the brakes use removable V-brake pivots front and rear. These are simple, proven solutions that make the frame easy to rebuild and easy to live with.
An important detail to check before purchasing is the rear hub spacing. The Tutto Plus measures 130 mm between the rear dropouts, not 120 mm like a standard track or fixed gear frame. A standard fixed gear wheel with a 120 mm hub therefore will not fit directly. If you want to build a fixed gear or single speed, we are happy to help with a compatible wheel; on the Halo wheels we sell, we can change the axle so that the hub works with the frame’s 130 mm spacing. For a geared build, the 130 mm rear spacing also makes it possible to use traditional road wheels with quick release.
We like the Tutto precisely because it encourages you to build the bike from the ground up instead of buying a complete bike and immediately starting to replace parts. In the second image, you can see our own Mutant Silver build from the shop, where we chose consistently good components without going overboard just for the sake of it. When the bike was built on January 20, 2026, the total price came to SEK 22,995 including Swedish VAT. It is a good example of what the Tutto Plus can become when the components are chosen according to how the bike will actually be used.
Mutant Silver is for you if you like the simplicity and feel of fixed gear and track, but want a frame that does not lock the build into that format. If you want to be able to start with a stripped-down single speed and later add gears, wider tires, fenders, or a rack, the Tutto Plus is considerably more useful than a dedicated track frame—without losing the fast, urban character the model is built around.

Build your custom dream bicycle with us
Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
