When the lockring plates on your Runwell COG1218L have worn out, you can replace them and continue using the tool. COG1215L is the replacement parts kit for the side that grips 12-15-tooth cogs and the hub lockring.
The kit contains two steel plates and three screws. Replace the plates with a Phillips screwdriver.
