Belldorado Green Demon is a cycling cap for anyone who thinks cycling apparel can have a little personality. The green cap is inspired by Japanese patterns and built around a demon face that continues across the panels, with three eyes, graphic lines, and a big toothy grin along the brim. Quite a good companion if your ambition is to become a real speed demon on the bike.
The fun thing about Green Demon is how the illustration uses the entire cap. The face changes depending on the angle you view it from, while the pattern continues around the sides and across the back. Even the brim is part of the design, giving the cap a completely different expression depending on whether you wear it folded up or down.
The cap has Belldorado’s classic three-panel construction and an elasticated edge that provides a comfortable fit for heads measuring approximately 56–59 cm. The polyester and cotton blend makes it thin enough to wear under a cycling helmet, but this is just as much a cap for before and after the ride.
Green Demon is designed by Belldorado in Munich and made in Italy. As with the brand’s other caps, it is the combination of a classic cycling cap and a design that does not take itself too seriously that makes it interesting.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
