Belldorado Kaiman is a cycling cap for anyone who thinks cycling clothing should have a little personality. It was designed by Adam Bell in Munich and draws inspiration from Japanese anime, with a large reptile-like motif running all the way around the cap in orange, pink, and white.
What makes the Kaiman special is how the motif uses the shape of the cap itself. When the brim is down, the white triangles form a row of teeth along the edge, while the circles across the panels build up the skin and scales. The illustration continues under the brim with more small details. It is exactly this kind of graphic thinking that makes Belldorado’s caps more fun than yet another ordinary logo cycling cap.
The cap is thin enough to wear under a helmet, and the elastic edge ensures a good fit on heads measuring around 56–59 cm. The material is a blend of polyester and cotton, and the cap is screen-printed and sewn by Apis in Italy.
Kaiman is a great example of why we like Belldorado: a classic cycling cap at its core, but with a motif that feels thoughtfully designed from every angle. It works just as well under your helmet on the bike as it does when the helmet comes off after the ride.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
