Belldorado Zombie Hunter is the cycling cap for anyone who wants to be prepared when that peaceful Sunday ride suddenly takes a very wrong turn. The design comes from Belldorado’s own story, Zombie Hunters on Bikes, in which the Crush Crew and Silent Squad have joined forces to keep the undead at a safe distance. This is the first proper product to emerge from that world—and it remains a firm favorite around Halloween.
As with much of Belldorado’s work, the illustration contains considerably more than meets the eye at first. The turquoise side belongs to Silent Squad and draws details from the board game Go, while the other side represents Crush Crew with Hana-Chan’s shuriken pattern. The World Anti Zombie Organisation Cycling Division logo also runs around the cap, along with an ongoing zombie tally featuring both Japanese and Western tally marks. The visor finishes it all off with a large Zombie Hunter print.
Beneath all the zombie chaos is a classic three-panel cycling cap that is thin enough to wear under a helmet. The elastic edge provides a comfortable fit, and the size suits most heads measuring approximately 56–59 cm. The inside also features the antibacterial tape that Belldorado has started using on its newer caps.
Zombie Hunter was designed by Adam Bell at Belldorado in Munich and screen-printed and sewn by Apis in Italy. Choose it if a standard team logo feels a little too predictable—or if you simply want to be dressed appropriately when the zombie apocalypse finally arrives by bike.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
