BLB Track Sprocket - Black
Hurry up, only 2 items left in stock.
The BLB Track Cog is a simple, robust Cro-Mo steel fixed-gear cog for anyone building a classic 1/8-inch drivetrain. It works just as well when putting together a new fixed gear as when replacing a worn cog or changing the gearing on a bike you already know well.
The cog is available from 13 to 20 teeth, giving you plenty of room to fine-tune the gearing. A smaller cog gives you a harder gear, while a larger cog gives you an easier one. On a fixed gear, even small changes are noticeable, so going up or down by one tooth can be a simple way to make the cadence better suited to how and where you ride.
The BLB Track Cog is made for a 1/8-inch chain and has BC 1.37" × 24 TPI threading, the standard used on many traditional fixed-gear hubs. Check that your hub has the correct cog thread and a separate lockring thread before ordering. Lockring not included.
This is the black version of BLB's classic steel cog. The same straightforward construction as the silver version, but for a build where you would rather keep the drivetrain dark and understated.

Build your custom dream bicycle with us
Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
