The Z3 is the next step in development and has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it is the stiffest, lightest, most durable, and reliable carbon fiber wheel BLB has ever made.
The Z3 is made from the same Toray carbon fiber with ultra-high modulus as the AEON frame, and the sophisticated carbon fiber layout provides stiffness both laterally and vertically, giving you total control on tight climbs and exceptional responsiveness in out-of-the-saddle sprints.
The Z3’s aerodynamic profile has been created using the latest 3D software and manufacturing techniques, cutting through the air with minimal drag. Sealed high-quality bearings keep the Z3 rolling faster for longer.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
