Lowsaddle Longflap is specially designed for cyclists with smaller frame sizes or lower saddle heights, making it the optimal saddlebag for gravel cycling, bikepacking, and classic touring. It offers a truly generous storage volume without compromising ground clearance or stability under the saddle.
The bag is made from Carradice’s unmistakable, 100% waterproof 18oz waxed cotton canvas with self-sealing seams that protect your gear in all weather conditions. The clever, expandable "Longflap" design (the long flap) allows you to easily increase capacity and secure extra gear when needed – an invaluable feature on multi-day trips when provisions or extra clothing need to fit.
The forest green Field Green finish is combined with burgundy leather details and brown straps, stylishly rooting the classic Carradice style deeply in modern adventure builds. The bag mounts securely to the saddle loops or is advantageously used with a Bagman support rack for maximum stability when the terrain gets really rough.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
