Chrome Cycling Gloves are lightweight full-finger cycling gloves for commuting, fixed gear, single speed and other cycling when you want a little more grip and comfort without your hands getting too warm. That is exactly the role they already fill for us: breathable, padded and durable cycling gloves for everyday use, rather than a pair of heavy MTB or winter gloves.
The back is made from stretchy mesh that releases heat, while the black synthetic leather palm is perforated and padded with EVA foam. The construction provides more comfort against the handlebars and better durability where the glove experiences the most stress, while retaining a relatively thin feel so you still have good contact with the brakes and controls. On the 2.0 version, Chrome has also updated the palm construction.
The fingertips are touchscreen-compatible, which is practical when you need to check the map or your phone without taking off your gloves. The adjustable wrist strap helps the glove stay securely in place, and the Grey/Black version combines grey stretch mesh on the back with a black palm and the red wrist details shown in the pictures.
These are above all cycling gloves for milder and warmer weather. They provide ventilation, a little cushioning and an extra layer between your hand and the handlebars, but no insulation for winter cycling. For daily commuting and longer rides in spring, summer and mild autumn weather, however, their simplicity is the whole point.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
