The new Zydeco Washboard has been recreated as a modern and versatile gravel platform. With its aluminum frame and carbon fork, it is built for adventure, speed, and urban functionality. The frame is made from triple-butted Columbus 6061 T6 aluminum tubes and combines round and specially shaped profiles to provide a timeless yet modern aesthetic. The rear dropouts meet the latest standards with a UDH derailleur hanger (Universal Derailleur Hanger), making maintenance and finding spare parts extremely easy.
The 11-speed Shimano Claris drivetrain has quickly become a favorite of ours as it offers a wide range of gears. With 40 teeth on the front chainring combined with 50 teeth on the cassette, you can climb any terrain and descend fast enough with 40x11T.
The bike comes with 700c 45 mm tires, which are the largest you can officially fit, an upgrade from previous Zydeco models where 40 mm was the max. In the gravel segment, tires have been getting wider and wider, so we appreciate that Cinelli follows this trend for better comfort and control in tough conditions.
The model is equipped with countless mounting points for all types of gear:

3 bottle cage mounts (on the top side of the down tube, underside of the down tube, and on the seat tube).

Mounts on the top tube for "fast fuel" bags (snack bags).

"Anything cage" mounts on the fork legs for extra gear.

Integrated mounts for both rear racks and full-coverage fenders.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
