Genesis Tour de Fer 10 Flat Bar (Tan Halen)

The Genesis Tour de Fer 10 Flat Bar is built on the same proven touring platform as the rest of the Tour de Fer range, but with a flat bar and a more upright riding position. This gives you a good view of traffic and a relaxed feel during long days in the saddle – just as useful for daily commuting as for a cycling holiday with luggage.

At its heart, this is a proper touring bike. The Genesis Mjølnir CrMo steel frame, sturdy 36-spoke wheels and Shimano CUES 2x9 with Linkglide are chosen for covering many miles and providing straightforward performance. The 46/30T chainrings and 11–36T cassette work well even with luggage, while the Promax mechanical disc brakes and Vittoria Randonneur Tech 700x40c tyres make for a robust, easy-to-maintain setup.

A rack, mudguards and pedals are included, so the Tour de Fer 10 is ready to ride from day one. It isn’t the lightest or most advanced model in the range – the point is to offer a reliable, good-value touring bike that can carry you and your luggage a long way.
