Halo Ridgeline SS is a rear hub for single speed bikes with a 135 mm hub width and disc brake compatibility. It fits Genesis Flyer, older Genesis Day One models, Surly Straggler and other frames built for a 135 mm rear hub where you want to run singlespeed with disc brakes.
The hub uses an HG body, making it easy to choose your gearing with a singlespeed cog from brands such as Gusset. The freehub has 24 engagement points and four pawls, while Japanese machine bearings keep maintenance to a minimum and are easy to replace when needed.
Ridgeline SS is a great choice when building a robust singlespeed wheel for gravel, commuting or everyday riding, and you want to combine a 135 mm hub width with a 6-bolt disc brake. We build wheels in our workshop, so feel free to get in touch if you need help with a rim, spokes or a complete wheel build.
