Problem Solvers ChainSpy 2 is a compact chain guide that helps keep the chain in place when riding without a front derailleur. It is designed for use with Problem Solvers Direct Mount Adapters and makes it possible to build a simple chain retention system for everything from commuter bikes and touring builds to mountain bikes and fat bikes.
The chain guide itself is made of composite material with aluminum components and can be adjusted to sit close to the chain without creating unnecessary resistance. A simple solution for 1x and other custom builds where you want to reduce the risk of the chain falling off without installing a larger chain guide.
