Designed for a variety of purposes, the Restrap Bumper Bar is as versatile as it is easy to use. If you have a smaller frame, larger handlebar bags rarely fit and often touch the front wheel, but with the Bumper Bar the bag is pushed up and held firmly in place without scraping the handlebar tube or cable housings. If you feel creative, there is also the option to strap on dry bags or mount bicycle lights, for example. Works well with Restrap’s range such as the Bar Pack and handlebar bags.
*Requires 3 mm fork tube under the stem for installation. Replace spacers with this. Hopefully, you haven’t glued the stem in place, in other words.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
