SRAM S-500 is a pair of drop-bar brake levers for bikes where you don’t need shifters integrated into the brake levers. A natural choice for single speed, fixed gear and 1x builds where you want a clean, simple cockpit without compromising brake feel.
The levers have cold-forged, black-anodized aluminum arms, comfortable hoods and internal cable routing. SRAM Reach Adjust lets you adjust the distance between the handlebar and brake lever to suit your hand size and riding position.
The S-500 is designed for traditional short-pull road brakes and works with SRAM Red, Force and Rival brake calipers, for example. However, they should not be used with standard V-brakes, which require long pull.
