I would have given 6 stars if possible: I got a pair of shoes in the wrong size as a Christmas gift and Svante (the manager I believe) has been more than helpful in the return process and went beyond any client's expectations even though the purchase had been made online.

By the way: after two months, the Chrome AW 2.0 Pro are simply fantastic (and waterproof indeed).

The only downside would be the quite rigid sole, but if you work in an office you can expect to walk around all day with them without inconvenience.

They are solid bike shoes that go unnoticed in a casual outfit.
