Conversion kit from Gusset that transforms your geared Shimano body into a singlespeed. The sprocket has splines adapted for Shimano HG. It is a full 7mm wide to prevent wear and damage to the body.
Chain compatibility:
Preferably use a new chain for the best/most secure result.
3/32" chains are recommended.
Narrow 9-speed chains fit.
You need a 1.8mm spacer to install on an 11-speed body.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
