If you buy a steel frame from us, we are happy to do the basic work in our bike workshop to ensure the bike's bearings perform as they should. We use a thread tap in the bottom bracket shell and ream and face the head tube.
If you add a compatible headset and/or bottom bracket from us, we can install those as well. For that extra service, we use a headset press to press in external bearing cups into the frame and, of course, the correct bottom bracket tool (if necessary).
We do not cut the fork steerer tube because different stems have different heights, known as "stack height." Ask us if you are unsure which headset you need for your frame!

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what type of bike you are looking for and your budget. It is best if we schedule a meeting for this, either in the store or digitally.
Quote
After a deposit or purchase of a frame set, we will send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of components.
The bike is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and assemble everything in preparation for the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to put the bike together, but usually two weeks from the approved quote is enough.
The bike is ready for delivery
You are welcome to pick up your custom bike. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bike. Before delivery, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bike. Happy riding! =)
