In our bike workshop, we want to maintain a personal touch in everything we do, from relationships with manufacturers to our customers. All to ensure that our custom builds always reach the quality level we ourselves are accustomed to.

For us, a bike is usually not an impulse item you buy directly off the shelf; it is an investment that requires knowledge, experience, and care. Those seeking their dream bike rarely find it in a factory-built bike; it needs to be tailored to you and your needs, not the other way around. In our bike workshop, we help you through the entire journey from idea to realization.

With the help of our expertise and our contacts with manufacturers and brands worldwide, you have the opportunity to create your dream bike with us. For example, through us, you can order Cinelli’s handmade frames, which are made on commission by the masters in Italy. Their quality and long cycling history are unmatched and must be experienced in reality. To complement such craftsmanship, we are happy to build lightweight and stiff custom wheels according to your wishes or give you advice and tips on how we can further build the bike.

Since we are one of very few stores working this way, it means that our broad, personal network extends to you, with endless possibilities.

What does the process look like? 

First, we would like to discuss with you what type of bike you are looking for and your budget. It is best if we schedule a meeting for this, either in the store or digitally.

After a paid deposit or purchase of the frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there are still all possibilities to adjust the component choices.

The quote is finalized. We order components and assemble everything for the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but usually two weeks from approved quote is enough.

The bike is ready for delivery. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bike. Before handover, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bike. Happy riding! =)

Of course, we help all customers, but when booking a time, we allocate a colleague to the consultation meeting for your full attention, like a "personal shopper." If you are unable to visit our physical store in Stockholm, we can schedule a phone or online meeting.
