SRAM: American Innovation and 1x Drivetrains

SRAM is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of bicycle components and has played a crucial role in the development of modern gear systems.

The company has long been a leader in MTB and was early to introduce 1x drivetrains (single chainring up front), a technology that is now standard on most gravel bikes. Through their various series, they have created a broad ecosystem of components covering everything from road cycling to tough off-road riding.

SRAM now also owns Time, whose pedals are a favorite of ours for all types of cycling thanks to their unique function and feel.
