Jack the Bike Rack is a universal front rack made of stainless steel that mounts directly onto the bicycle handlebars. The design is developed to provide a stable loading surface on bikes that lack traditional mounting points or threaded eyelets on the front fork. Thanks to the tool-free mounting system, the rack can quickly be moved between different bikes, whether it’s your commuter bike, gravel bike, or mountain bike.
Smart and tool-free mounting
Instead of screws, the rack hangs over the handlebars next to the stem and is secured with included, durable straps. The system clamps the structure against the stem and handlebar tube, creating a stable lever effect that keeps the load in place without the rack sagging toward the front wheel.
The rack comes with interchangeable inserts (shims) making it compatible with the most common handlebar diameters: 25.4 mm and 31.8 mm.
Robust construction for everyday use and bikepacking
The frame is welded from solid 304 stainless steel and equipped with a removable fabric bottom made of durable, recycled polyester (600D) that prevents smaller items from falling through. The rack is tested according to applicable ISO standards for bicycle racks and has a recommended maximum load of 5 kg. The design places the load lower than a traditional handlebar bag, providing a more stable center of gravity and improving the bike’s handling when loaded.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
