D.I.D Track Racing is a Japanese 1/2 x 1/8-inch chain for track, fixed gear, and single speed. A reliable standard chain for anyone looking for a robust, uncomplicated drivetrain—and it can handle plenty of watts when you sprint up Götgatsbacken in Stockholm.
The chain is sized for wide 1/8-inch chainrings and cogs, the classic standard on track and fixed gear bikes. D.I.D’s Track Racing chain is built for high loads and uses a heavier-duty construction than their regular 1/8-inch chain.
With 112 links, there is plenty of length for most fixed gear and single-speed builds, and the chain is cut to the correct length during installation. Check that both the chainring and cog are designed for a 1/8" chain before ordering—this model is not intended for geared drivetrains.
A good choice for anyone looking for a classic Japanese track chain without stepping up to an NJS-certified racing model.
