A messenger bag used by professional bicycle couriers worldwide. The Bagaboo Workhorse XL is a courier bag designed to withstand a tough workday and features many pockets and practical details. You don’t have to be a courier; the bag is also well suited for bicycle commuters who need to carry lots of things with them.
The bag is made in two layers. The outer layer is 1000 Denier CORDURA®, an extremely durable material that is impregnated and has UV protection. The inner layer is made of wear-resistant waterproof truck tarpaulin. Because the two linings are not sewn together, this guarantees optimal protection against moisture as there are no seams between them that connect them.
The bag’s shoulder strap is made of seatbelt fabric and has a 15 mm thick padding at the shoulder part to make it sit as softly as possible against the shoulder. On the strap, you can also attach your walkie-talkie or mobile phone. There is a strap on both sides of the bag to compress it when it is not completely full, and the bottom has an extra layer of cordura fabric.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
