If you have a threadless 1-inch fork and need to adjust the height of the stem, the BLB Headset Spacer is a simple little part that does exactly what it should. It fits, among others, older track and road bikes with 1" Ahead systems, such as the Bianchi Pista, and forks from brands like Wound Up.
The spacer rings are available in 2, 5, and 10 mm and can be combined to position the stem and top cap at the correct height. This is especially useful on 1-inch builds, where the range of spacers is considerably smaller than for today’s more common 1 1/8" standard.
They are made of aluminum with a silver finish and can also be used on certain threaded 1-inch forks when you need to add height to the headset. In that case, of course, you need to check that the steerer tube’s threaded length and the headset assembly allow it.
A small component, but useful to have when a few millimeters are all that is missing to make an older 1-inch build fit just right.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
