If you have a threadless 1-inch fork and need to adjust the stem height, the BLB Headset Spacer is a simple little part that does exactly what it should. It fits older track and road bikes with 1" Ahead systems, such as the Bianchi Pista, and forks from brands like Wound Up.
The spacer rings come in 2, 5, and 10 mm sizes and can be combined to get the stem and top cap at the right height. This is especially useful on 1-inch builds, where the selection of spacers is much smaller than for today’s more common 1 1/8" standard.
They are made of aluminum with a silver finish and can also be used on some threaded 1-inch forks when you need to add height at the headset. Of course, you’ll need to check that the steerer tube’s thread length and the headset setup allow for this.
A small component, but handy when a few millimeters are all you need to get an older 1-inch build sitting right.
