Baja Bar Bag is a compact and incredibly handy handlebar bag, designed for gravel riding, light bikepacking, and daily commuting. With a 5-liter capacity that is easy to access on the go, it keeps tools, snacks, a camera, and extra clothing layers within comfortable reach throughout your ride.
The bag is made from 100% waterproof, heavy-duty 18oz waxed cotton canvas with self-sealing seams, providing reliable protection against both persistent rain and mud splashes from the front wheel. The durable material can easily be re-waxed over time to ensure long-lasting durability and a lifespan that spans decades. The forest green Field Green finish is combined with beautiful details in burgundy leather and brown straps, creating a perfect bridge between classic Carradice style and modern gravel aesthetics.
Sturdy straps securely fasten the bag around the handlebar, and it also comes with four foam spacers. These spacers create a small gap between the bag and the handlebar, providing significantly better stability while leaving much-needed space for your fingers on the bars. It also reduces wear on the handlebar, which is especially important if you use a carbon fiber one.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
