Chrome Anza Shorts W are cycling shorts for women designed to work just as well on the bike as they do for the rest of the day. The fit is slim and bike-specific, but they look more like regular shorts than traditional cycling apparel. That makes the Anza especially well suited to summer bike commuting, long days in the city and hanging out in the park—or for anyone who wants to carry on with their day without changing as soon as they get off the bike.
The Anza are made from the same durable, water-repellent Everest 4-way stretch fabric that Chrome uses in products such as the Folsom and Union. The nylon and spandex blend provides plenty of freedom of movement while pedaling, while the material feels considerably more robust than a pair of ordinary lightweight summer shorts. The crotch has a seamless, double-layer construction for improved comfort against the saddle and extra durability where cycling shorts typically experience the most wear.
Chrome has also designed the pockets for real-world use. There are roomy pockets at the front and two deep back pockets with flaps that work well for items such as a phone or wallet. A hidden zippered back pocket provides more secure storage for keys, cards or other small items while cycling. On the back, there is also Chrome's classic webbing holder for a U-lock—a detail that clearly shows these shorts were developed for urban cycling and do not merely happen to work on a bike.
The Anza have an inseam of approximately 15 cm and a relatively short, slim fit compared with many MTB and gravel shorts. This is the model for anyone who wants technical cycling shorts that still look like regular shorts. For longer rides, they can of course be paired with padded liner shorts, but for commuting and everyday use, the whole point is that the Anza work well just as they are.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
