Cinelli Pepper Bar Black Anodized - 53 cm

Cinelli Pepper is a narrow riser bar for fixed gear, single speed, and other flat-bar builds. Its 530 mm width creates a compact cockpit and a look that stands out clearly from today’s wide MTB-inspired handlebars. It is especially well suited to fast urban bikes and fixed gear builds where you want to keep the handlebar narrow without going to extremes.

The handlebar has 35 mm of rise, placing your hands slightly higher than on a flat bar. With 5° of backsweep and 6° of upsweep, the ends angle slightly backward and upward, providing a more natural hand position while Pepper retains its compact, direct character.

Pepper is made from butted 6061-T6 aluminum, with the wall thickness varying along the handlebar to combine strength with a weight of approximately 220 grams. The stem clamp is 31.8 mm, and the diameter at the grips and brake levers is the standard 22.2 mm.

This is a good choice of handlebar if you are building a fixed gear, single speed, or urban bike and are deliberately looking for a narrower riser bar. Pepper is not about maximum leverage or control in technical terrain—the point is a compact cockpit, a little extra height, and the classic narrow look that has long been part of urban fixed gear DNA.
