Cinelli Tutto Plus Mutant Silver Frames

Cinelli Tutto Plus is a versatile steel frameset for fixed gear, single speed, commuting, touring, and gravel. The frame is TIG-welded from double-butted Columbus Cromor steel and is built for those who want to create a bike from the ground up instead of being locked into a ready-made setup.

Track dropouts make it a natural choice for fixed gear and single speed, but the frame also has a rear derailleur mount. Tire clearance is up to 700x45 mm, and there are mounts for fenders, a rack, and a front light. The removable V-brake mounts front and rear let you build anything from a clean city bike to a functional touring or gravel bike.

An important detail is the 130 mm rear hub spacing. Standard fixed gear wheels with 120 mm hubs therefore do not fit directly. Get in touch if you want to build the Tutto Plus as a fixed gear or single speed—we can help with compatible wheel solutions.
