The Cinelli x Nitro Zydeco is a limited edition of Cinelli’s classic gravel bike, created in collaboration with the snowboard brand Nitro. It shows immediately. This is not a discreet bike trying to blend in, but a Zydeco with a bold graphic identity and the same sense of movement, playfulness, and subculture that has made both Cinelli and Nitro interesting far beyond their respective sports.
At its core, it’s still a fast and versatile Zydeco: a gravel bike for smoother gravel roads, asphalt, commuting, and longer rides where you want more speed than a classic touring bike. The triple-butted Columbus Zonal aluminum frame and carbon fork provide a lively and direct feel, while the geometry and tire clearance up to 40 mm make the bike equally suited for everyday roads as for faster gravel.
The Shimano CUES 1x11 offers a simple and wide gear range with a 40T front chainring and 11–50T cassette. This works well for mixed riding where the pace varies between transport sections, climbs, and gravel roads. Mounts for bags, racks, and packing solutions also make the Zydeco more practical when you want to take it further than your usual ride.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
