Continental Tour 28 is a classic inner tube for 28-inch and 700c wheels with slightly wider tires. It fits 700c tires from 32 to 47 mm and is a reliable choice for touring, commuting, and everyday cycling when you want a standard butyl tube with good puncture protection.
This version has a 40 mm Schrader valve, also known as an auto valve or car valve. It is the same type of valve used on car tires and is common on city, trekking, and hybrid bikes. Check which valve type your rim is designed for before ordering—a Schrader valve is wider than a Presta valve and will not fit through a valve hole designed only for Presta.
For standard 700c wheels, the tube’s ETRTO range is 32-622 to 47-622. It also fits compatible older 630 and 635 sizes up to 42 mm wide. Check the ETRTO marking on the sidewall of your tire if you are unsure, as both tire width and rim diameter need to match.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
