Dia-Compe BRS101 is a dual-pivot rear brake with a 43–57 mm reach. This makes it a good choice when you need a classic rim brake with a little more adjustment range between the brake bridge and the rim’s braking surface.
The brake arms are made from cold-forged aluminum, and the dual-pivot design provides stable, smooth braking with good stopping power. The quick-release function makes it easy to open the brake when removing the rear wheel.
Dia-Compe 101 brake pads are included. Check the distance between the brake bridge and the rim before purchase to ensure that the brake’s reach fits your frame.
