Dia-Compe Dirt Harry is a BMX-inspired brake lever for the left side, normally used for the front brake. The double-bend brake lever is designed for dirt jumping and freestyle, but works just as well on other bike builds where its shape and compact construction are a good fit.
The hinged mount is a particularly practical detail. The clamp can be opened during installation, so you don’t need to remove grips or any shifters from the handlebars to fit the brake lever. The standard diameter is 25.4 mm, and with the included shim, the Dirt Harry also fits 22.2 mm handlebars.
Both the mount and brake lever are made of forged aluminum with a black anodized finish. A great choice for BMX, fixed gear, single speed, and other flat-bar builds where you want a compact brake lever with a little more character than a standard lever.
