Genesis Croix de Fer 50 is for those who like the idea of a versatile steel gravel bike but want the most fully equipped complete version from the outset. A bike for commuting, gravel, touring, and longer rides – equipped so that very little feels in need of an immediate upgrade.

Croix de Fer is a bit like that irritating yet charming friend who seems capable of handling almost anything. Here, the Reynolds 725 steel frame is combined with a carbon fork, Shimano GRX RX820 2x12, and hydraulic GRX brakes. The 46/30T gearing up front and 11–36T cassette at the rear provide a wide range for asphalt, hills, and riding with luggage.

Maxxis Rambler 700x45c tires and tubeless-ready Amplitude G-100 wheels provide good comfort and control when the surface alternates between asphalt, gravel, and rougher roads.
