Gusset 2-Tugs make it much easier to align the rear wheel and get the chain tension just right on fixed gear, single speed, and BMX bikes with horizontal dropouts. Instead of pulling the wheel backward by hand and hoping it ends up in the right place, you can make small, controlled adjustments to the axle position on both sides.
The chain tugs are CNC-machined from aluminum and fit a 10 mm rear axle. Three different adjuster bolt lengths are included, so you can adapt them to the dropout length and how far back the wheel needs to sit. The design is simple and lightweight, and above all makes wheel installation and adjustment much less frustrating.
2-Tugs are sold as a pair and are a good choice for bikes where chain tension is set by moving the rear wheel in the dropouts.
