Gusset Double Six Singlespeed 3/32" Sprocket

Gusset Double Six is a singlespeed cog for Shimano HG freehub bodies. Its wide 7 mm base distributes the load over a larger area of the freehub body and reduces the risk of the cog digging into it - especially useful on aluminium freehub bodies.
The cog is CNC-machined from Cr-Mo steel and is available in sizes from 12 to 19 teeth, making it easy to find the right gearing for your singlespeed build. A 3/32" chain is recommended, and standard 9-speed chains work well. As always, we recommend using a new chain with a new cog.
A simple, robust singlespeed cog for builds with a standard Shimano HG cassette hub, offering a wider contact surface than many traditional singlespeed cogs.
