Gusset Lofty XXL is a long seatpost in 31.6 mm with a full 450 mm length. We have sold many of them over the years, often to customers who simply need more length than a standard seatpost offers—and that is exactly where the Lofty XXL does the job.
The post is made from 6061 aluminum and features a micro-adjustable two-bolt saddle cradle, providing a secure fit and easy saddle-angle adjustment. The extra length offers plenty of adjustment range, and if you do not need the full 450 mm, the post can be cut to your desired length.
The Lofty XXL is not built for weight weenie pursuits. Instead, it is a simple and robust solution for anyone looking for an extra-long 31.6 mm seatpost and needing the reach that a 450 mm post actually provides.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
