Pelago Commuter Front Rack L is a sturdy porteur front rack for anyone who wants to carry a substantial load up front. The large 330 × 310 mm platform provides plenty of space for a bag, groceries, or camping gear, and the design makes it easy to secure the load with straps or tie-downs. A really good choice for commuting, touring, and everyday bikes where a small front rack simply isn’t enough.
The rack is made of stainless steel and mounts to the fork crown together with stays to the rack/fender mounts or a suitable 10 mm axle bolt. The side mounts can also be used for panniers, making the rack considerably more useful on longer trips. Front light mount included.
This is the Large version with Pelago’s largest load platform. The black finish makes it easy to combine with modern gravel and touring builds as well as more classic city and utility bikes.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
