The Runwell AQUALIA 15 is a 15 mm axle nut wrench for track and fixed gear bikes with 15 mm hub nuts. Its 170 mm length provides good leverage without making the tool unnecessarily large, making it useful both in the workshop and in your tool bag when a wheel needs to be loosened on the go.
Runwell manufactures bike tools in Tsubame-Sanjo, a Japanese region with a long tradition of metalworking and forging. The AQUALIA 15 is hot-forged from chrome vanadium steel and features a 12-point profile that grips the nut over a larger surface area, reducing the risk of damaging its corners. The chrome-plated, slightly curved tool also has a 15-degree angled handle that offers a more comfortable working position and helps keep your fingers away from the fork blade.
The AQUALIA 15 sits between Runwell’s compact DRIP15 and the longer VATTO15 for professional workshop use. It provides more leverage than a simple pocket wrench but is more convenient to carry than a long mechanic’s tool—a well-balanced choice for those who want a Japanese-made 15 mm wrench for their fixed gear or track bike.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
