A good chain tool for the home workshop, for shortening a new chain or removing a worn one. The Unior 1647HOBBY/4P-US is designed for 5-11-speed chains and has a threaded spindle that pushes out the chain pin. The plastic-coated handles provide a comfortable grip while you work.
We often use it for 1/2 × 1/8″ chains too, even though Unior lists compatibility with 5-11-speed chains. Unior is a Slovenian manufacturer of really great bicycle tools.
