The Brooks Challenge is a classic, patented as early as 1896. The tool bag attaches to the back of the saddle using the loops that Brooks saddles have. It also fits many other saddle brands as long as they have traditional attachment loops on the underside.
The strap that secures the bag also secures the tools to prevent them from rattling around.
