Continental Race 28 is a classic butyl inner tube for road bikes with narrower tires. It fits tires around 20–25 mm wide and is a good choice both as a regular inner tube and as a spare in your saddle bag.
This version has a 42 mm Presta valve, also known as a racing valve. The valve length suits many standard road rims with a low or moderate profile. If you have deep-section rims, check that a 42 mm valve is long enough for the pump to connect properly.
The tube is designed for a 622 mm rim diameter, the standard 700c size, as well as some older 630 mm / 27" sizes. Check the ETRTO marking on the side of the tire if you’re unsure - both the tire width and rim diameter need to match.
Continental Race 28 combines low weight with good puncture protection, and each tube undergoes quality control before leaving the factory.
