The Izumi V Super Toughness is considered one of the world's leading track chains and has long been a natural choice among elite cyclists in track and keirin.
The chain is NJS-certified, thereby meeting the requirements for components used in Japanese keirin. The certification has also become a symbol of the Japanese track culture's focus on precision, quality, and components built for a clear purpose.
Izumi uses specially developed and durable chain rivets along with a tough surface treatment. The result is a strong and durable chain for track and fixed gear bikes with a 1/8-inch drivetrain.
The gold-colored outer links and dark inner links give the Izumi V its distinctive look, equally at home on a velodrome racing bike as on a thoughtfully built fixed gear setup.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
