🚚 Shipping and Delivery

We use PostNord and UPS as our shipping partners. The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated and clearly displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.

Sweden (Within 1–3 Days*)

We strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases this happens within one (1) business day.

• Orders placed in the morning are usually shipped the same day.

• Orders placed in the afternoon are usually shipped the next business day.

• Delivery times may be affected during high demand in the store.

Europe (Within 3–4 Days*)

Delivery time within Europe is normally 3 to 4 business days.

• Customers in larger metropolitan areas can expect faster delivery.

• Deliveries to more remote locations may take an extra day.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once we have packed and booked pickup with UPS.

Outside the European Union (3–10 Days*)

International shipments usually arrive in the destination country within a few days but may then require customs processing. The total delivery time is estimated at 3–10 business days, depending on how quickly customs processes the shipment.

This primarily applies to larger products such as bicycles and frame sets that must first be transported to our store before they can be shipped to you. Since our bike shop is only 60 sqm, we have limited space to stock all models. Please add 5–8 extra business days to the regular delivery time for these items.
