Shipping & Delivery
We use PostNord, DSV and UPS as our fixed shipping partners to guarantee safe and reliable deliveries. The exact shipping cost for your order is automatically calculated based on weight and volume and is always clearly displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.
How fast will my order be delivered?
We always strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, your package leaves us within one (1) business day from when the order was placed. Here is what you can expect based on where you live:
- Domestic (Sweden): Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. Orders placed in the morning are usually shipped the same day, while afternoon orders are typically shipped the next business day.
- Europe (EU): Normal delivery time is 3–4 business days. Customers in larger metropolitan areas can often expect faster handling, while more remote locations or islands may take an extra day.
- Outside the EU (International): Normal delivery time is 3–10 business days. The shipment usually arrives in the destination country within a few days, but the final delivery time depends on local customs processing.

Smooth and fast shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as we have packed your items and booked pickup with PostNord or UPS, so you can easily follow your package all the way home or to the pickup point.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.
When an order is shipped to a country outside the European Union (for example Norway, the United Kingdom, or the USA), Swedish VAT is not included in the price. Instead, import VAT, customs duties, and any administrative fees apply when the item arrives in your destination country. These fees are charged by the shipping company or the local customs authority and are paid by you as the customer.

Important information regarding external warehouse
Can't find your item on the shelf right away? To offer as wide and deep a range as possible, some of our products are stored in an external distribution warehouse.
Applies to complete bikes, frame sets & selected accessories: These items must first be transported to our physical store in Sweden before we can adjust, quality check, and send them on to you. Since our bike shop in Stockholm is only 60 sqm, we have limited space to keep all models in stock at the same time.
