Cinelli Hobootleg Easy Travel is a steel frameset for fast touring, bikepacking and adventure cycling on asphalt and gravel. It builds on the indestructible, world-traveling Hobootleg, but with disc brakes and a slightly faster character for riders who don’t need a dedicated expedition bike.
The frame is built from double-butted Columbus Cromor steel and paired with a Columbus Cr-Mo steel fork. There’s clearance for tires up to 700x44 without fenders or 700x40 with fenders, along with mounts for racks and fenders front and rear. Post Mount disc brakes, classic QR hubs and external cable routing keep the design simple and easy to service on longer trips.
Easy Travel is a great starting point if you want to choose your own drivetrain, wheels and luggage setup and build a touring or bikepacking bike to suit your needs. Building your own bike is more fun - start with the Easy Travel frameset.
