Cinelli Hobootleg Easy Travel is a steel frameset for fast touring, bikepacking, and adventure cycling on asphalt and gravel. It builds on the indestructible, world-traveling Hobootleg, but with disc brakes and a slightly faster character for those who do not need a pure expedition bike.
The frame is made from double-butted Columbus Cromor steel and paired with a Columbus Cr-Mo steel fork. There is clearance for tires up to 700x44 without fenders or 700x40 with fenders, along with mounts for front and rear racks and fenders. Post Mount disc brakes, classic QR hubs, and external cable routing keep the construction simple and easy to service on longer trips.
Easy Travel is a great foundation for those who want to choose the drivetrain, wheels, and packing setup themselves and build a touring or bikepacking bike to suit their own needs. Building your own bike is more fun – start with the Easy Travel frameset.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
