The Cinelli Hobootleg Easy Travel is for those who like the idea of long-distance travel but don’t necessarily want to build a heavy expedition bike. This is the lighter side of the Hobootleg family: a bike for fast touring, bikepacking, and longer trips where you want to pack smart, ride comfortably, and still feel the bike moves easily forward.
It differs from a more classic touring bike by feeling simpler and more direct to use. Combined brake and shift levers make it easier to change gears from the drop handlebars when the road goes up and down, while the Microshift Sword 2x10 provides a practical gear range for hills, gravel roads, and days when your legs aren’t as fresh as the map is long.
The Columbus steel frame gives the Hobootleg Easy Travel the secure and responsive feel you want when the hours add up. With room for wide tires, fenders, and luggage, you can build it more practical or more stripped down depending on how you ride.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
