This is Cinelli letting loose a little. The Tutto Mini blends the feel of BMX, fixed gear, and gravel in a compact 20-inch format that’s far more thought-out than it first appears.

The small wheels, high BMX-inspired handlebar, and chunky 20x2.25-inch tires give the bike a fast, direct, and playful feel. It’s easy to throw around, simple to store, and fun in a way that many more serious bikes often forget to be.

At the same time, the Cinelli Tutto Mini is more than a fun city bike. Its Columbus Cromor steel frame, mechanical disc brakes, and adjustable sliding dropouts make it an unusually versatile platform. Ride it as a single speed, convert it to fixed gear, add gears, or use belt drive. The frame also has a full 19 mounting points for bags, bottle cages, racks, and other commuting and light-adventure setups.

Choose the Tutto Mini if you want something more playful than a regular single speed, more useful than a dedicated trick bike, and far more distinctive than most bikes in the rack.
