Cinelli Tutto Plus is for those who like the simplicity of fixed gear and single speed, but want a bike that doesn’t lock them into a single identity. It’s clean, direct, and easy to live with—yet built to change as new ideas take shape.
At its core, the Tutto Plus is an urban, track-inspired bike with a flat handlebar and simple drivetrain. It comes with both an 18T freewheel and an 18T fixed cog, so you can choose between single speed and fixed gear. The double-butted Columbus Cromor frame and segmented steel fork deliver a responsive ride and a clear connection to messenger bikes, alleycats, and fixed-gear culture.
What makes the Cinelli Tutto Plus special is its flexibility. Kenda Kwick-Trax 700x35c tires come fitted as standard, but the frame and fork have clearance for tires up to 700x45 mm. There are mounts for fenders and racks, the frame is prepared for a rear derailleur, and the V-brake mounts are removable if you decide to rebuild the bike later on.
Mutant Silver gives the bike a raw, lively look that suits the model perfectly. Choose the Tutto Plus if you want the direct feel of a fixed gear or single speed, while still having a bike that can evolve from a fast commuter into a more practical everyday or touring build.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
