The Cinelli Tutto Plus is for those who appreciate the simplicity of fixed gear and single speed but want a bike that doesn’t lock you into just one style. It’s clean, direct, and easy to live with – yet built to evolve as new ideas come along.
At its core, the Tutto Plus is a complete single speed/fixed gear bike with a flat handlebar, single chainring, and brakes front and back. It’s perfect for urban cycling, commuting, and quick everyday rides, but the frame offers much more flexibility than you might expect: space for wider tires, mounts for fenders and racks, and the option to convert to geared.
The Mutant Silver finish gives the bike a raw and lively look that suits the Tutto Plus very well. It’s not a bike trying to look polished and cautious. It feels more like a platform for your own ideas – from simple fixed gear to a more practical everyday build with racks, fenders, and bigger tires.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
