Tutto means “everything” in Italian, so Cinelli Tutto Plus means this bike is everything plus extra! It’s hard to find a more versatile bike. Built with a flat handlebar, front and rear brakes, and a freewheel, this is one of the best commuter bikes we’ve come across. And thanks to its versatility, it can be fully customized to suit your needs. For 2020, the Tutto has been updated with a 130 mm rear dropout to make room for a cassette.
