The Cinelli Zydeco Muddy Dry features the reliable Shimano GRX groupset with hydraulic disc brakes for optimal braking performance and feel. The exception is the crankset, which is an FSA Omega in this version. Cinelli has put a lot of effort into creating a truly fun and versatile gravel bike, and with the Zydeco, they have really succeeded. The geometry is focused on speed but includes all the mounts you need. With thru-axles, hydraulic brakes, and a slightly longer wheelbase, this bike gives you speed and confidence both on and off the road. It fits 40 mm tires on 622 rims, which is enough for most surfaces. On this year’s model, they have also color-matched the saddle to the Muddy Dry theme.
*NOTE! We are awaiting new studio photos. The photos show a Shimano GRX crankset, but the bike is delivered with an FSA Omega.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
