The Cinelli Zydeco Muddy Dry features the reliable Shimano GRX groupset with hydraulic disc brakes for optimal stopping power and feel. The exception on this version is the FSA Omega crankset. Cinelli has put a lot of effort into creating a truly fun and versatile gravel bike, and with the Zydeco, they’ve really succeeded. The geometry is designed for speed, with all the mounts you need. Thru-axles, hydraulic brakes and a slightly longer wheelbase give you speed and confidence both on and off the road. There’s room for 40 mm tires on 622 rims, which is enough for most surfaces. This year’s model also has a saddle color-matched to the Muddy Dry theme.
