The Cinelli Zydeco is for those who want to keep going when the pavement ends, without the bike feeling heavy or slow on the way there. It is a fast Gravel bike with clear road bike traits, built for longer days on asphalt, fine gravel roads, and everyday cycling year-round.
The triple-butted frame in Columbus Zonal aluminum gives the Zydeco a direct and lively feel, while the Columbus Futura Gravel carbon fork keeps the front end light. The geometry is stable on gravel but still quick enough for those who appreciate speed and responsiveness rather than an upright and heavily loaded touring bike.
Shimano CUES 1x11 provides a simple drivetrain with a 40-tooth front chainring and a wide 11–50 cassette. This offers sufficiently light gears for longer climbs and riding with luggage, while hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors deliver consistent braking performance in both dry and wet conditions.
The Zydeco comes with 37 mm WTB Riddler tires and has room for tires up to 700 x 40 mm. The frame has multiple mounts for bottle cages, bags, fenders, and racks, so the bike can be further built out for bikepacking, longer trips, or daily commuting.

Consultation meeting
At the first step in the process, we would like to discuss with you what kind of bicycle you are looking for, and what budget you have. It is best if we arrange a meeting for this, either in the shop or online.
Quote
After a paid deposit or purchase of a frame set, we send you a detailed quote. At this stage, there is still every opportunity to adjust the choice of parts.
The bicycle is assembled
Now things are starting to happen! The quote is finalized. We order components and put everything together ahead of the build. Depending on your choice of parts, it takes different amounts of time to assemble the bike, but two weeks from approved quote is usually enough.
The bicycle is ready for delivery
You are welcome to collect your custom bicycle. We also offer shipping to all corners of the world. From our initial meeting, we have taken your measurements so that you sit correctly on the bicycle. Before handing it over, we make small adjustments together with you and, if desired, go through how to adjust and take care of the bicycle. Happy riding! =)
